INVITATION TO TENDER FOR YEAR 2025, 1ST-4TH QUARTER UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION (UBE) INTERVENTION PROJECTS

1.0 INTRODUCTION:
The Bayelsa State Universal Basic Education Board is a State Agency, mandated to oversee the implementation, management and regulation of Basic Education delivery across the State. The Board is responsible for administering and executing policies, programs and projects aimed at ensuring qualitative teaching and learning in all Basic Schools. Its scope of operation encompasses all Early Child Care Development (ECCDE), Primary and Junior Secondary Schools in Bayelsa State, ensuring the effective implementation of educational initiatives to foster academic excellence and sustainable development.
Experienced and competent companies/firms are hereby invited to submit bids for the procurement of the underlisted works/goods under the UBE year 2025 intervention projects.

1.1 SCOPE OF WORKS:
The Bayelsa State Universal Basic Education Board (BYSUBEB) in collaboration with the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) Abuja intends to utilize the Federal Government’s UBE Intervention Funds allocated for the year 2025 to Implement various Infrastructural Projects and Procurement of goods and services.

These projects include Construction, Renovation, Procurement of Teaching and Learning Materials and essential Equipment to enhance Early Child Care Development Education (ECCDE), Primary and Junior Secondary Education across the State.
